Grino Music’s digital platforms were designedto enhance artistic and global recognition of musicians, producers and poets inthe creative art industry. When you create an account as an artist, Promoter orRecord Label and accept these Terms and Conditions, you become a memberof Grinomusic. You will have a Grino Music account where you can monitor alltransactions.
Our platform allows members to buy and sellthe license to use a digital content like singles, EPs, soundtracks,audiobooks, Albums and much more. On Grino Music, buyers and sellers (artists,promoters, and record label) transacts their own music business directly.Buyers become fans and followers thereby widening audience and revenue.
If you have a Grino Music account, Yourtransactions are recorded on your member’s report, which registers the paymentsmade by you to artistes via Grino Music (as a buyer/follower) and bybuyer/followers via Grino Music to you (as an artist, promoter or recordlabel). The items on Grino Music are owned by the sellers (artists, promoters,record label). The items on Grino Music Mobile App and the Website are uploadedat the direction of the content owners.
During your time with us, you agree to followthe ground rules outlined in these Terms and Conditions so please read andunderstand them. If you don’t assent to the Terms and Conditions then yourexistence on and use of the Grino Music is conditional on your approval to bebound by these Terms and Conditions and the Acceptable Use Policy whether youbecome a member or not.
TERMS ANDCONDITIONS OF USE
Theseagreements set forth the Terms and Conditions which apply to the use of GrinoMusic mobile app and or website, any business activities with Grino Music andor its affiliate partners. The right to use any services and product on thisplatform is personal and not transferable to any other person or entity.
Grino Music Limited shall mean allarea and any free or paid services offered or available on the interactiveonline services operated by Grino Music Limited. It consists of intellectualcontents by Grino Music Limited and its Partners, Artistes, Record Labels,Promoters, Contents Owners etc.
Grino Music Limited shall have the right atany time to change or discontinue any aspect or feature of our services. Suchchanges, modifications, additions, or deletion shall be effective immediatelyupon notice, hereof, which may be given by means including, not limited to, andposting on the site, app notifications, SMS, email or voice call.
Thisplatform shall be used for lawful purposes only. No material shall be posted onor transmitted through the site by any user which can violate the regulationsof the site or infringes on, in any way upon the rights of others, which isunlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy. The sites/Appcontain copyrighted material, trademarks and other proprietary informationincluding text, software, photos, videos, graphics, logos, audios, etc.

Select or usea member name or phone number, e-mail address of another person with the intentto impersonate that.
a. Usemember name, phone number or e-mail address of anyone else without permission.
b. Use membername in violation of intellectual property rights.
c. Youshall provide accurate, complete and updated information at the time of yourregistration.
d. Thisplatform contains links to other websites, resources and advertisers. The siteis not responsible for the availability of these external links nor does notendorse its activities. Grino Music Limited shall not be held responsible orliable in connection with the use of such links.
e. You shall beresponsible for obtaining and maintaining all telephone, internet
data/Wi-Fi,computer hardware and other equipment needed to access and the use of theseservices and all charges that related.
g. Rememberall information provided by Grino Music Limited and its partners are accessibleto all registered users at any time unless specified
Grino Music Limited shall have the right andthe obligation to monitor any contents and services to determine the Compliancewith this Agreement and any other operating LAW, RULES AND REGULATION that mayapply from time to time.
Grino Music Limited shall have the right onits own sole discretion to edit, refuse to post or remove any materialsubmitted to or posted on the site. Without limiting the foregoing shall havethe right and obligation to remove any bleach contents and services.

e) HarassmentThis includesany form of harassment or bullying against an individual or group ofindividuals.
f) DefamationThis includesany untruthful comments about a person that has the tendency to lowertheir estimation in the eyes of others.
